ballot has two Propositions: Prop. (1) will ask voters whether they would like to increase the tax rate by 3.5 cents equivalent to $35 a year on a $100,000 home. Prop.
(2) will ask voters whether they would like to authorize the sale of Westside Park and if approved, Westside Park would not be sold until park improvements are completed.
