Tennis Center Gardens
Redevelopment of the Botanical Garden site into a
tennis complex. Master Planning work being completed by the U.S. Tennis
Association to include 36 tennis courts, clubhouse, parking and center court.
The design will be unique as the courts will be disbursed amongst the trees in
smaller configurations to maintain the park setting. A trail system will allow
tennis players to access the courts. The current trail within the park will be
utilized as much as possible. Potential of Texas Parks and Wildlife grant
funding.
