- Supervisor (956) 655-3406 or 661-1249
- Director (956) 369-1146 or 688-3500
- Director of Risk management (956) 605-2368
- All communication during these processes is to be person to person, if possible or by telephone if after business hours
Always keep public safety in mind in all activities
- Always speak clearly and stay clam while executing procedures
- All employees aware of an emergency should be very cautious as to what they say around the general public
- The Director would make the decision to evacuate
- No one should talk to the media concerning an emergency, neither during nor after. All contact with the media shall be through the Director
- Supervisor shall complete a detailed and through report of any incident after the emergency is under control and turn it in to the Supervisor within 24 hours.
