The Department is divided into the following functions and Divisions: - Traffic Operations Division
- City Architect’s Office
- Design and Construction
- Development Services
The Traffic Operations Division assists with development services through review of site layouts and traffic control devices. The division is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of all traffic signal, pavement marking and signage in the City. Development Services performs review of proposed streets and drainage for commercial and residential subdivision development. The division also oversees the review of building permits and utility and driveway permits.
