DRAFT Development Code
The City of McAllen is in the process of drafting a new development code which will update and consolidate existing regulations for land use and development in the City and its extraterritorial jurisdiction. The draft of initial work is now posted on the city web site and is available for public review.
Beginning in January 2010 the City of McAllen Web Site for the McAllen Development Code will be opened to receive on-line comments regarding each section of the draft code.
