  • Only non-profit organizations or individuals representing a similar type of enterprise will be allowed to request time on this show. The organizations requesting TV time or the events in question must be located in McAllen. We will end the taping session when the allotted time needed has been filled.
  • Record times will be in the MCN studio from 9am to 9:30am on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. Participants must arrive at City Hall on time and be ready to speak in front of a TV camera. A teleprompter will be provided. To use the teleprompter the participant must provide their own 3 ½ inch floppy disk with their prepared message saved in Rich Text Format.
