A drainage improvement project at 29th and Wisteria will resume through early March, city staff announced Monday.
The project is expected to expand restricted drainage at La Bandera subdivision and connect outfall there to the nearby Blueline Ditch.
Construction has reduced traffic lanes on north 29th, near Zinnia park, and made the park spray ground inoperable until the week of spring break.
