Affordable Homes of So Tx To Host Home Buyers Fair June 9
Affordable Homes of South Texas Inc. (AHSTI) announces that they will host the 14th Annual Home Buyer’s Fair. The focus of this fair is to provide the public and prospective homebuyers with valuable information necessary to accomplish their dream of home ownership. There will be free bilingual speakers informing the public on step-by-step instructions on how to qualify and purchase a home along with free credit reports, over 50 exhibitors, kids activities, door prizes and Zumba and Martial Arts demonstrations by Brenda Diaz, Institute of Martial Sciences and Red Dragon Kajukenbo Institute. This is an exciting opportunity to create home ownership opportunities in South Texas.
When: Saturday, June 09, 2012
Where: The McAllen Convention Center
Time: 9 am to 4 pm
Cost: Admission is FREE
This one-day-only event will consist of lenders, builders,
realtors and other related organizations occupying individual booths and
providing one-on-one information on available products and services.
Information will be geared toward providing the public with step-by-step
instruction on how to purchase, qualify for and maintain a home. For details on
the types of classes that will be provided and a list of exhibitors visit the

Participants may also get a free printed credit report at
the fair and will also be able to participate in bilingual home buyer related
workshops and discussions to be presented by local industry experts. The general public is invited to come
by and register for up to $1000 worth of gas cards and gift certificates and prizes. Winners will be announced at the event
and must be present at the time of the drawing.
