A Car Seat Inspection Station will be set up this Friday, September 21, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, at the Kohl's Department Store, at 7900 N. 10th Street and various other locations.
The Car Seat Inspection Station will have certified technicians instructing drivers on proper use and installation of child car seats. In addition, car seats will be available to the local public to replace worn or non compliant car seats. These services will be provided at no cost to the participant.
This event has been organized and sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation, Safe Riders and the RGV Car Coalition.
