Everything is set for the all new Health Body Mind Expo scheduled for this Saturday, November 3, 2012, at the McAllen Convention Center, from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The Health Body Mind Expo will gather hospitals, health providers, doctor clinics, fitness centers, dance studios and more.
The event is brought by the McAllen Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Gold’s Gym and United Way of South Texas.
There will be hundreds of free screenings provided, live fitness, dance and yoga classes; in-house massages and many other activities to participate in.
Also, there will be important information available about professional health care solutions and healthy lifestyle ideas.
Chef James Canter will give cooking ideas for healthy nutrition meals. There will be special section for children where a series of games and fitness activities will take place.
Also, there will be a stage with live entertainment for visitors to enjoy.
The Health Expo committee invites you to participate on the classes that will be offered. So, wear your sports clothes and join us for a morning of fun and good health!
