The Municipal Court is holding a Failure to Appear Amnesty Program now through November 22, 2013. During this time, the failure to appear charge will be waived for anyone who comes in voluntarily (i.e. officer who is not actively looking for you) to make arrangements to pay their tickets and if the defendant has not entered a plea to the FTA.
