McAllen Fire Substation No. 3 Ground Breaking

The City of McAllen and McAllen Fire Department held a ground breaking for Fire Substation No. 3 on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 213 East Dallas. The new station is designed by Milnet Architectural Services and will cost $1.3 million to build. It will house Engine #3 with a crew of four. The McAllen Fire Substation No. 3 should be completed by 2015. The 54 year old fire substation #3 was built and went into operation on May 1st, 1960. It should be completed in six months.
