600 New Jobs for City of McAllen

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, today will host a Grand Opening of its new customer experience center in McAllen, Texas. The ribbon-cutting event marks the seventh new customer experience center to be opened in the last two years and continues to affirm TeleTech’s commitment to providing employment opportunities throughout the U.S.

The new center supports a nationally recognized bank and will initially create more than 200 jobs within the McAllen community, with a forecast of up to 600 positions. TeleTech is actively hiring customer experience representatives, team leads, trainers, recruiters, technical assistance and IT specialists, operations managers, and facilities staff. Job fairs will be held on Jan. 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the McAllen site located at 1812 S. 16th Street and on Jan. 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Workforce Solutions Center located at 901 E. Travis Street in Mission for interested candidates to learn more about opportunities for employment.
