JETTA Operating Company received a temporary permit from the
Texas Railroad Commission to flare the well, located at the Northwest corner
of Bicentennial Avenue and Dove Avenue, in order to do routine repairs to the
well. The repairs will take approximately another 2-3 days.
However, in the event that the repairs can not be accomplished in that time
frame, JETTA will shut in the well, and the flare will be extinguished.
Additionally, TCEQ will be performing air testing in the area.
