Rentals

Pavilions are available for rental up to one year in advance. Beginning January 1, customers may rent through December 31, 2012. (This applies ONLY to parks and pavilions. Reservations for pools and ballfields will only be accepted up to three months in advance.)
A $50 flat damage deposit will now apply to all pavilion and pool rentals. Full payment must be made at time of reservation and will be refunded following event.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to event or else deposit is forfeited (unless due to bad weather). A $5 cancellation fee still applies for cancellations prior to 30 days.
Pavilions & Ballfields south of Business 83 will be available for rent on the hour (8:00, 9:00, 10:00, etc.). Zinnia Pavilion tables do not apply.
Pavilions & Ballfields north of Business 83 will be available for rent on every half hour (8:30, 9:30, 10:30, etc.).
Facility reservations are only accepted at Lark (2601 Lark Ave.), Las Palmas (1921 N. 25th St.)and Palm View (3401 Jordan Rd.) Community Centers during regular business hours Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m to 8 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
