After marching in with veterans and thanking them for their service, Mayor Darling recapped accomplishments for 2015. He cited the new electric buses, stadium improvements, the bike share program and the development of the Performing Arts Center as highlights for the City of McAllen.

Mayor Darling also featured many of the city’s programs supported by the Community Development Block Grant such as Meals on Wheels, The Champions League and the Salvation Army.
