The Veteran's War Memorial of Texas is being built on five acres adjacent to the
City of McAllen's new 50 million dollar Convention Center at 29th Street and Galveston,
McAllen, Texas. This historical and educational Memorial honors the 1.3 million
American men and women killed and missing in all the wars and conflicts of this
The purpose is to provide an educational, cultural, and historical facility to assist
future generations, especially children, to learn about the sacrifices of those
who died in the service of their country, the value of their legacy, and the important
lessons which must be learned from those sacrifices.

The Veterans War Memorial of Texas is truly a “one of a kind” and we will continue
to complete construction through your generous donation. By making a donation, you
will become a Guardian of this Memorial and honor the memory of the fallen veterans
of this Country and remember the sacrifices that all veterans have made to keep
us free. This project is already becoming a state and national landmark and is a
highly visible and lasting tribute to those that made this nation a powerful and
compelling beacon of hope to the world.
All donations go directly to the building of the Memorial. Monies, perks, salaries
or other similar costs are not paid to the all volunteer veteran and non-veteran
committee guiding and working on this project. We welcome any size donation. Donors
will be recognized at the site.
