Sgt. Major Richard Clem, a U.S. Army retired veteran of the wars on terror in Afghanistan & Iraq, will be the keynote speaker at this year's Memorial Day program, at the Veterans War Memorial of Texas, Monday, May 27, 2013. The program begins at 9:30 am and will honor fallen Valley heroes lost in Iraq and Afghanistan.
