McAllen Economic Development Corporation | Mar 18, 2014
March 18, 2014 -- The 26 year old McAllen Economic Development Corporation will launch a new marketing plan and address the vision for the next 25 years.
The first economic development corporation to ever have a web address on the world wide web will launch their new website at the conference, discuss economic milestones, and address various programs for community involvement and advocacy.
The revamping of the corporation's communication efforts comes after a shift from numbers to story-telling in the marketing realm. This marketing approach will highlight the successes and strategic advantages of doing business in our international region, touching the softer, "real life" stories and aspects of the area.
Now more than ever, MEDC will have a stronger presence online and in the community. This is an opportunity to unite, grow together, and get involved to make McAllen the most strategic place for doing business.
