The City of McAllen Parks and Recreation Department is accepting entries for the 86th Annual Independence Day Parade scheduled for Friday, July 4th at 9:00 a.m. The parade will follow its traditional route north along Main Street from City Hall to Archer Park. All entries are required to be decorated in a patriotic theme. Businesses, non-profit organizations, civic and youth groups are encouraged be a part of the festivities.
