The existing public works facilities for the anticipated elevator implementation and regular vehicles maintenance garage expansion. The project requirements are to provide an expansion and new addition to existing warehouse building consisting of selective demolition (of existing), foundation, pre-engineered metal structure, insulated metal panels, metal roofing, insulating liner system, openings, finishes, and specialties. Also included, new site work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications, and fire suppression with alarm system and wall accessories, as well as other components and material required for a complete installation.
