11th Annual South Texas Book Festival

The McAllen Public Library, sponsored by H-E-B Helping Here, hosted a weeklong South Texas Book Festival celebrating culture and imagination. Leading up to the event, all MPL branches held Pet Week, featuring story time, crafts, and activities with special guests and appearances by MPL’s mascot, Marty the Cat.
