The City of McAllen Parks and Recreation Department is holding a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the recently constructed McAllen Dog Park located at 5th Street and Tamarack on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.

The Golden Age Olympics is an Olympic-style event for participants age 50 and over. The competition features individual events in a number of categories, including card games, athletics and recreation. 2010 marks the 30th year of the event.
