The annual Veterans Day program will be held at the Veterans War Memorial of Texas (29th & Galveston) in McAllen on Tuesday Nov.11 beginning at 11 a.m.
The keynote speaker will be Col. David Kramer, U.S.Army Ret., who is a veteran of WWII, Korea, and the Vietnam War.
The McAllen Fire and Police Departments will participate as Honor Guards.
Stephen Lopez will be singing, and Jacob Patino, a 2nd grader at McAuliffe Elementary will lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
